Refund Policy

Refund claims must be submitted via email to admin@biodataplus.in within 24 hours of the original payment date. After the 24-hour period has elapsed, no refund requests will be considered.

If you encounter a problem with your biodata PDF, please contact our support team immediately at admin@biodataplus.in with:

• A detailed description of the issue
• Your order ID or the phone number used for payment
• Relevant screenshots or the downloaded PDF file

Our team will make every effort to resolve your issue to your satisfaction before processing a refund.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The issue arises due to user error, incorrect information entered, or misuse
• The refund request is submitted after the 24-hour window
• The digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or used
• The request involves a violation of our Terms of Service

Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately and will take 4–5 business days to reflect in your account statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (Razorpay — UPI, card, or net banking). If a refund through the original method is not feasible, we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all future transactions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
