By accessing or using BiodataPlus ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

BiodataPlus is an online matrimonial biodata creation platform that allows users to:

• Create personalised marriage biodatas using a guided form.
• Preview, select, and download biodata templates as PDF.
• Share a public profile page link with anyone.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using BiodataPlus, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• BiodataPlus reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Free plan: One free biodata per phone number (Plain White template, Page 1 only).
• Refunds: Since our product is a digitally delivered PDF, refunds are not offered once the PDF has been successfully generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure, contact us at admin@biodataplus.in within 24 hours.

• The BiodataPlus platform, templates, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the generated biodata PDF for your own matrimonial purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates or the generated output.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Create biodatas for others without their explicit consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for the outcomes of matrimonial proceedings in which our biodata is used.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiodataPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
